With a BBA from Texas A&M University, Kim Province Hagerty joins The Funderburgh Group with over twenty five years of real estate experience. Providing private consulting services, Ms. Hagerty’s has worked with major developers, homebuilders, private investors, office leasing, warehousing, apartment management and raw land speculation in a vast array of responsibilities including site planning, zoning, leasing, budgeting, financial projections and analysis, tax planning, property and rollback taxes, farm leasing and marketing and project management. A native of Collin County, Ms. Hagerty offers insight to the team and her passion for one-on-one service together with her unique perspective brings distinct value to the group. Ms. Hagerty has held her Texas Real Estate Broker’s license since gradation from college in 1981, is a Certified Public Accountant and CHAE and has served in many positions in the real estate industry throughout her distinguished career.
